1. About these Terms

Logomachia is provided by CS-Nørskov Consulting, CVR 32507646, registered in Denmark, with registered address [PLACEHOLDER] ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using Logomachia, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and minimum age

Logomachia is designed for teenagers and adults. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. In countries where the age of digital consent is higher (for example 14, 15 or 16 in some EU/EEA countries), you must have reached that age. When creating an account you must confirm your country and date of birth; accounts cannot be created below the required age. You must be legally permitted to use the service and enter into these Terms where you live.

3. Accounts and security

You may play as a guest or create an account using the available sign-in methods. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Guest progress may not be recoverable or transferable.

4. Using Logomachia fairly

You may use Logomachia only for personal, non-commercial entertainment and in accordance with applicable law. You must not cheat, automate play, manipulate results, exploit errors, impersonate others, harass players, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes.

User-provided display names and similar profile content must not infringe rights, mislead, threaten, discriminate, or contain unlawful or offensive material. You retain rights in content you provide and grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and process it only as needed to operate and protect the service.

5. Intellectual property

Logomachia, its software, design, game presentation, text, graphics, branding and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. "Logomachia" and associated branding may not be used without permission. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

6. Premium, prices and taxes

Premium provides the features described at purchase, currently including unlimited eligible battles and removal of in-game advertising. Subscription periods and the total price, including applicable taxes where required, are shown before purchase. Store prices and currency may vary by country. The price displayed by Apple App Store or Google Play at confirmation controls.

Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless cancelled through the relevant store before its renewal deadline. Payment is charged to your store account. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally preserves access until the end of the paid period. Refund requests are handled under the applicable store rules and mandatory consumer law. 7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Logomachia available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation. Maintenance, security, legal, technical or commercial reasons may require changes, suspension or discontinuation. We may change features or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required by law, and continued use after their effective date constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, threaten users or the service, commit fraud, or if required by law. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to respond. You may stop using Logomachia at any time.

9. Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account through Account & Data. Active paid subscribers must first cancel and wait until the paid period has ended. Deletion removes account-associated game data, except information that we must retain to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or establish legal claims. Deleting your Logomachia account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, lost data, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our liability will be limited to the amount permitted under applicable law.

11. Danish and EU consumer rights

These Terms are governed by Danish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Danish and EU consumers may have statutory rights relating to digital services and purchases. Nothing here restricts those rights. Any dispute may be brought before the competent courts determined by mandatory consumer law.
